we are available in person every day for your concerns in the practice.
For reasons of data protection, we ask you to wait outside the practice. This also has the advantage that you only have to wait once, before you come in. Once you have seen the doctor, you will be able to proceed quickly.
In urgent cases, please call the KV hotline at 116117 or one of the KV emergency service practices for adults at the same telephone number (at the UKB or at the Klinikum Friedrichshain) as well as 112 in emergencies.

We kindly ask you NOT to visit our practice after 10am in case of acute complaints.
