Dear patients,
we are available in person every day for your concerns in the practice.
We are now available by PHONE on Mondays from 15-17h.
For reasons of data protection, we ask you to wait outside the practice. This also has the advantage that you only have to wait once, before you come in. Once you have seen the doctor, you will be able to proceed quickly.
If you just want to get a prescription or a referral, you are welcome to use our new consultation hours on Monday afternoon, where you won’t have to wait long at all.
In urgent cases, please call the KV hotline at 116117 or one of the KV emergency service practices for adults at the same telephone number (at the UKB or at the Klinikum Friedrichshain) as well as 112 in emergencies.

Our opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 12 noon
- and additionally for professionals: Wednesday 3 to 5.30 pm
Acute to the doctor:
- Monday to Friday 8 to 9 am
- for professionals: Wednesday 3 to 4 pm
Vaccinations/prescriptions/referrals for collection:
- Monday to Friday 10 to 11 am
Nurse consultation:
- Monday 3 to 5.30 pm
(repetition prescriptions and referrals, appointments, pick up medical reports)
